HPLC TABLE IN INSTRUMENT LAB
Elegant, white coloured table top. All the electric trunking is suitably placed
to take power. The height of Instrument benches is 750mm (sitting ht) and

CORNER SINK & THREE WAY WATER TAP
Sink Benches are suitable for Laboratory consists of assembly of
combination of storage modules with shutters with shelf inside and Tops of
selected material. The main features is to facilitate the Sink along with the
water tap integrated with the work bench.
Three way water tap is made up of forged brass body withpowder
coated.The material of sink is non reactive to acids/alkalies/solvent/hot&
cold water.The sink is easy to maintain and is rust proof.The table top is
also easy to maintain. |

| THE TECHNICAL SPECIFICATION WILL BE AS FOLLOWS. |
• All the metal used will be 1.00 mm thick G.I. STEEL, (The make wil be TATA OR JINDAL)
• 1.2mm G.I. Sheets will be used for Fume Hood where it is required.
• 65-85 thick micron epoxy powder coating will be done for all the furniture.(The powder will be of Asian or Nerolac make)
• Door will be of double walls. The inner wall and back of the storage along with bottom of the drawers. will be of composite material, which is not affected
by any acid/alkalies/solvent/hot water/cold water and is
rust proof.
• All the sliding channels will be of telescopic channels of good quality.
• All the Hinges which are introduced for the first time in India, does not require any maintenance. (DEVELOPED INHOUSE)
• We will use Silica coated sink, which is non reactive to acids/alkaline/solvent/hot & cold water,& easy to maintain.
• Table Top will be 18-/+16mm thick Jet Black Granite. (Approximate cost will be Rs.155/Sft)
• All the sinks will be fitted from below the granite, as it will be easy to clean.
• The working Height of the table in chemical lab will be 900mm, which can be changed up to 850 with adjustable screw, fixed below the frame of the table.
• The working Height of the table in Instrument lab will be 750mm, which can be changed up to 700 with adjustable screw, fixed below the frame of the table.
• The Fume Hoods will have automatic sash opening/closing facility.
• 95% of the material which will be used in the Fume Hood will be non reactive to acids/Alkaline/solvent/hot and cold water and rust proof, and will be
white in color and easy to maintain.
• There will be no Hinges in storage area for the shutter for the Fume Hood.
• Color combination VIP blue drawer & broken white body. Or as per party requirement.
• Delivery period will be around four to six weeks from the date of receipt of Purchase order in our favor. |

REAGENT RACKS WITH GLASS TABLE TOP
Are fitted in the middle of Island Table operational both the sides as well as
working table fitted along the wall.The racks will have 2 shelves to keep the
reagent made up of special white material easy to clean.The Reagent Rack
are made up of special pillars with removable plates for electrical switches
to be fitted on the plate as it is placed in corner to avoid explosive acid
